500 g Dark Chocolate 250 g Butter 350 g Sugar 10 Eggs 100 g Rice flour Vanilla bean paste, to taste

Steps
  • 1

    Butter and flour dariole moulds.

  • 2

    Melt chocolate and butter.

  • 3

    Beat sugar and eggs then add chocolate

  • 4

    Whisk in flour.

  • 5

    Spoon into dariole moulds.

  • 6

    Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees celcius for 7-10 mins.

  • 7

    Let it sit for 5 mins before serving.

  • 8

    Serve with home made chocolate ice cream* and fresh whipped cream.
